I am looking to sell my tech related site that has been my most valued asset over the past 2 years. The site (url mentioned below) is now in it's 3rd year of existence. It started off when I began writing and blogging articles relating to computer problems that I had encountered in the past and how I had solved these issues. Early on, I also set up a weekly segment called Awesome PC Setup Saturday, in which I posted a few photos of a nice looking computer setup each saturday. This turned out quite well and still creates quite a bit of traffic via rankings in google images.

The site has earned around $110 using adsense since it was added. Direct text link ad sales have generated the most revenue, which would accumulate to around $300 over the past 2 years. (PM me for revenue proof).

The site runs wordpress with an existing theme that has been modified. A custom made banner is also featured with the graphics of the monitor and case sourced from images originally submitted to the segment; Awesome PC Setup Saturday. All content on the site is 100% original. I have written about 90% of the articles and I had a friend contribute a few. Some of the photos have been taken by me personally as well as these videos (http://www.youtube.com/pccurb), which are featured on the site with related articles. There are currently 88 posts on the site with 154 approved comments. I used to update the site around 2 times a week but towards 1.5 years of running the site I began to run out of ideas for things to post so that would explain the recent cessation of posts.

The domain is registered with Dynadot and expires on 2011/03/05
